Project Description:
The ZEP-RE Office Park Building commenced construction in 2017 and was completed in 2019. BICON Zambia Limited were the consulting engineers responsible for to be the Civil/Structural Engineer, including Water and Sewerage reticulation, on the project . The project, will encompass 9,900 m2 Grade A Offices with a parking garage that can accommodate 195 parking bays.
