The ECL Business Park in Kitwe comprises of a Shopping Mall, Hotel, Convention Center and Office Park. A 3 kilometre underground line was constructed from SCAW Substation in the Industrial area to the business park. 7No. 1MVA transformers where installed at different load centres via RMUs.
