In 2007, Saturnia Regna Pension Trust Fund commissioned BICON Zambia Limited as Structural Engineers for the Construction of a multi-storey (with a basement) office block on Plot No. 4647 Beit Road in Rhodes Park , Lusaka
BICON Zambia Ltd were responsible for the design and supervision of engineering works.
